Register a spreadsheet of patient records with Phirewall. It stays on this computer — nothing is uploaded. The private details go into an encrypted vault, locked with a key that never leaves your computer.
Names become codes.
Every name, record number and birth date is swapped for a code like tok_4e6d3cea, and one that turns up inside a note is caught on the way out. The same patient always gets the same code, so the AI can still connect their visits and labs without knowing who they are. The AI only ever works from this coded copy, and only Phirewall can turn codes back into names.

One checkpoint.
AI assistants can only reach your data through Phirewall. Every answer is checked on its way out — twice, two different ways. If anything private slips into an answer, the answer is blocked.
When in doubt, it stops.
If Phirewall can’t open its vault, it stops answering rather than fall back to weaker protection. Phirewall has no servers of its own — there is nowhere for your records to go.
